 Audubon will host a Community Planting Party and Picnic Saturday, June 24 from 9:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Parque Juarez to expand flowering habitat for hummingbirds and butterflies, especially Monarchs. To RSVP, contact [email protected].

Democrats Abroad will host a 4th of July party themed Women’s March Celebration of Six Months of Resistance from 3 – 5 p.m. at Mio Bistrok in Colonia Guadalupe at Julian Carrillo 7 for $250 pesos with chicken and sausage brochettes, chicken wings, veggies, rosemary baby potatoes, ice cream and more. Beer, sangria, margaritas, wines and tequila shots can be purchased for $50 pesos each. Pro Musica is seeking a commission-based business advertising sales representative for its printed materials. Successful candidate will be at least somewhat bilingual in English and Spanish, a team player, a self-starter, and a lead generator who will work from his/her home office.  Commission potential is around $75,000 pesos/year.
