You can find a wide variety of wellness activities to do; go to a yoga class, cycle around the city, enjoy a wine tasting, relax with a spa treatment, try some of the local beer, mezcal or tequila or enjoy one of the many activities available in the state.

In 2017 Guanajuato participated, as well as 100 countries around the world, for the first time at the “Global Wellness Day”, in which the destination offered specialized physical activities and conferences to be conscious about the importance of taking care of yourself, the others and the ecosystems.

At the Spa segment, the destination offers Signature Spas like Sense at the Rosewood hotel (San Miguel de Allende), in which you can find main activities like Pilates and Yoga, with instructors and personal trainers at the fitness center, or corporal treatments to relax your mind and body.
