Get ready for the 6th edition of the Festival of Lamb and Mezcal
Organized by CANIRAC, the 6th Festival of Lamb and Mezcal on July 2 invites people to taste the best mezcal brands and enjoy what restaurants in the Bajio region have to offer.
The aim of this Festival is to promote restaurants and regional cuisine of San Miguel de Allende, in order to attract a greater number of tourists each year.
In this event the participating chefs will prepare lamb using different recipes, baked, fried, roasted, among other forms. Mezcal and wine tastings, from different producers, will be also offered. People attending the festival can eat all they want at a cost of 400 pesos.
