Las Terrazas San Miguel is located near the heart of San Miguel de Allende in the state of Guanajuato. Las Terrazas is a group of four separate residences on hillside terraces with eclectic furnishings that combine the traditions of Mexico and artifacts from other lands. All casas have modern baths and kitchens. All units have heat for those winter evenings and cool mornings.
Located just four blocks from Plaza Allende which is commonly referred to as El Jardin, Las Terrazas provides a selection of accommodations to suit your needs … from a large studio with a tree top terrace to a two bedroom and two bath residence. Each is quite private being located on separate terraces and all have a private patio or terrace.
All casas have private telephone line with answering machine, cable television with a VCR, a stereo with tape deck and CD player, and private electronic hotel safe. Each bedroom has comfortable bathrobes for each guest. Wireless Internet service is available in each casa and throughout the property. Guests have access to a VHS movie lending library with over 400 titles. Daily housekeeping service is provided. Tap water in all casas is purified for drinking.
On arrival guests are greeted with fresh flowers and a chilled bottle of wine. Daily breakfast is included. If you are arriving late we are happy to have a light supper waiting for you should you like. A city map and guidebook are provided and new visitors are given an in-depth orientation to San Miguel. The owners live on-site and are always available to assist guests as needed. Concierge services are provided on request.
A health club with an 80′ swimming pool, treadmill, rowing machine, spinning bikes, and steam room is just next door.
Casa Grillo at street level has two bedrooms, two baths, large kitchen and private courtyard.
Casa Mariposa on the second terrace has one bedroom, one bath, large kitchen and private patios with fountain.
Casita Colibri is on the third terrace and has a large studio with sleeping alcove, full bath, galley kitchenette and private patio with fountain.
Casa Aguila is the owners’ residence and is available only occasionally.
