Paseo Querétaro, new shopping center to rival Bajio Region

GICSA, a mexican company which is based on the investment in mexican territory through the generation of high-impact projects which transform and create new opportunities for developing, life and employment, shows the new commercial hearth in Queretaro. 

The national retailer plans to combine once again, a shopping center along with corporate offices. The project is located in the Central-Southern area of the city of Queretaro and is the greatest development planned regarding a residential element, and a commercial and financial area of the state.

This power-center will begin operations on the first semester of 2018. Paseo Querétaro will host department stores, clothes stores, shoe stores, services, movies, gym, a children’s entertainment area as well as an extensive variety of restaurants. The complex will have a total GLA of approximately 73,505 m2, with an estimated distribution of 15,000 m2 for offices and 58,505 m2 for stores.
