PROFECO’s (Consumer’s Federal Prosecution Office) module at Guanajuato International Airport, has received more than 60 complaints from of otherwise-minded users, because several flights have been delayed or cancelled during the months of July and August.
PROFECO Attorney in the state of Guanajuato, José Huerta Arredondo said that as part of “Summer Vacation Operation”, July 18 to August 21, the module is open for information and/ or complaints from 6 am to 10 pm.
PROFECO State Attorney declared that immediate conciliation has been achieved in all cases of dissents submitted by consumers, and no legal procedures have been initiated.
