According to the national survey of the Strategic Communications Cabinet (Encuesta Nacional del Gabinete de Comunicación Estratégica), 75.2% of Guanajuatenses are satisfied with their lifestyle.

In that way, Guanajuato is among the top ten states where Mexicans feel more satisfied with their lives.

The top ten list of states where the “life satisfaction” of their inhabitants:

• Baja California Sur (78.5%)
• Yucatán (76.9%),
• Sinaloa (76.5%),
• Nuevo León (76.5%),
•  Aguascalientes (76.2% )
• Coahuila (75.7%)
•  Nayarit (75.4%)
• Guanajuato (75.2%)
• Querétaro (75.1%)
• Campeche (74%).

Meanwhile, the survey says that residents of other states such as Chiapas, Guerrero, Veracruz, Oaxaca and Puebla consider themselves dissatisfied with their lives.

Finally, the percentage of Mexicans who are satisfied with their life is 68.2% in average.
