TAW: forefront innovative urban design in León, Guanajuato

Francisco Horta, an am.com.mx newspaper collaborator, published an editorial piece regarding a new state-of-the-art real estate development in León, Guanajuato known as “TAW” which is basically a major vertical building project for this municipality.

With a total investment of 225 million pesos, the construction process will take approximatelly three years to be finished, generating around 200 direct jobs. This development will be located at “Fracciones de Cañada de Alfaro”.

The firm behind the construction is BildIN Sites, a property group integrated by Concentra Properties, Ursa Group, Hogares Sauce and Oyamebes Kapita with 25 years of experience in Mexico.

“Taw” consists of two towers with 15 levels and 58 apartments each, commercial areas, paddle tennis court, clubhouse, meeting rooms, fitness center, game room, business center, jogging track, swimming pool and several other recreational areas.

Additionally, these futuristic complex will integrate eco-technologies for water and electricity saving.

The main group signed a commercial alliance with Okapital, specialists in property management, in order to rent a number of apartments for its investors under this model and at the same time, to sublet the project to high executives and companies’ CEOs in León.
