“Papalote Festival” takes off October 15th in Mineral de Pozos
The “Fourth Edition of the Papalote Festival” in Mineral de Pozos will start October 15th , 3:00 p.m. at the Plaza Zaragoza.
The event is organized by the Foundation for Local Integrated Development of Mineral de Pozos (Fundación Para el Desarrollo Integral local – FUPADI).
Along the event, different activities will feature, such as free kite-making workshops for children, contests, masquerades parades, mojigangas, clowns (not creepy clowns), and much more.
The main goal of this program is to promote family integration and encourage the creativity of children through actions that contribute to the preservation of Mexican traditions, such as making kites.
