In the morning of Friday, December 9th, a strong gas explosion took place at the “Buffalo Xtreme Restaurant”, located on “Bernardo Quintana Boulevard”, in “Loma Dorada” Querétaro.
The fact generated a significant mobilization of the Emergency Personnel of the Querétaro’s Red Cross, Firefighters, State Civil Protection agents and Municipal and State Police officers, who arrive onsite to take control of the situation, and confirmed no people were injured.
Although there were no deaths or injuries, important material damages were registered not only at the restaurant, but at other stores and offices, such as “Tamarindo” and “the Ministry of Foreign Relations Office”, located right next to the “Buffalo Xtreme”.
According to local authorities, the explosion occurred due to a gas leak.
