Guanajuato, sixth place at national level on executions
According to the “Semáforo de Execuciones” (Execution-meter) of the civil organization “Semáforo Delictivo” (Delinquent-meter), the state of Guanajuato ranks sixth nationally in terms of number of organized crime related executions.
Through its site semaforo.mx, this organization shows total figures: the state of Guanajuato is placed in sixth place with 635 executions of the 11 thousand 149, occurred during the year on national territory.
This data is elaborated with information of Lantia Consultores and the National System of Public Security.
The other five states above Guanajuato are: Chihuahua with 648 executions, Veracruz with 678, Sinaloa with 723, Michoacán with 7979 and number one is Guerrero, where 1,724 people have been murdered this year.
