According to Unión Guanajuato, there are 15 schools with an excellent level of education in San Miguel de Allende.
Recently, the “Improve Your School Platform” (Mejora tu escuela) presented the semaphore program, which measures the educational level offered by each school in Guanajuato, especially in San Miguel.
“Improve your school” is a citizen platform that allows you to know which schools are the best qualified statewide, based on the results from the PLANEA Test (which scores the knowledge acquired by students and teachers).
The tools used through this system are the following: the green color means that schools have an excellent level of education, the yellow one means a good qualification; orange includes all schools that barely passed (De panzazo), and finally, the red color ones are the failed institutions.
Concluding that three secondary schools, one high school and eleven elementary schools are qualified as the best schools in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato. Eight of them are public and seven are private institutions.
