Cargo truck turns over and leaves other vehicles on fire in SMA

Leon, Gto – “Proceso” magazine reported that a major car accident took place in the city of San Miguel de Allende on Tuesday April 25, when a cargo truck with no brakes, turned over and crashed against three vehicles setting them on fire on Pípila’s roundabout.

According to municipal authorities, the incident took place around 1:00 pm on Tuesday April 25, near the exit to Celaya, where the cargo truck was going down on Manuel Zavala Street at high speed.

Minutes after the accident, Red Cross paramedics and Civil Protection agents arrived on site to secure the area, and carry out an operation along with firefighters, who helped to put out the fire provoked by the collision.

Fortunately, nobody resulted seriously injured and only material damages were reported.
