For the seventh year in a row, San Miguel de Allende hosts the Festival of the Lamb and the Mezcal that will take place on June 10 at CASA DE AVES.
It should be noted that this fest is recognized as one of the first of its kind in México, and the first of its kind held in the state of Guanajuato.
For this edition, the Festival will be held at the “Casa de Aves” Hotel from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m on Saturday June 10, 2017.
The aim of this Festival is to promote the different restaurants that offer regional cuisine in San Miguel de Allende, in order to attract a greater number of tourists every year.
During the celebration, prestigious chefs of restaurants members of the National Chamber of the Restaurant and Food Industry, San Miguel de Allende Delegation will prepare lamb using different recipes, baked, fried, and roasted, among other forms.
Different types of artisan beer, as well as local wine will be served, electronic music featuring several D.Js, and many other attractions and activities. In the same way, “mezcaleras” will offer tasting of the most exquisite mezcales.
This event is designed for you to spend an excellent time in the company of your family, friends or couple.
