Mexican flick “El crimen del padre Amaro” to reach The Vatican

The movie, starring Gael García Bernal, told the life of a young priest who ended up falling in love with a parishioner

According to “El Universal“, the Mexican production “El crimen del padre Amaro” (The Crime of Father Amaro), which 15 years later follows the story of the film of the same name, could even reach the Vatican.

Gabriel Ripstein (600 miles) who along with Daniel Birman, original producer of the film, and Luis Urquiza (Perfect Obedience) are writing the story, and said that they already have the scripts ready to do.
