Sucre Dinner at Rosewood San MIguel de Allende

Hotel Rosewood, located on one of the most emblematic streets of San Miguel de Allende,is recognized worldwide for the quality of its facilities and luxurious service, 1826 Restaurant features traditional and innovative Mexican cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients. Embracing the “farm-to-table” philosophy, 1826 Restaurant has established partnerships with nearby farms and food producers that work with the culinary team to supply various fresh organic products.

Guests may choose between dining al fresco on the patio amid the vibrant gardens surrounding La Casona, or indoors close to the restaurant’s bustling open artisan kitchen.

For this occasion, the prestigious hotel will be the headquarters of “Sucre”, an event in which chefs Carlos Hannon and Fernando Trocca will offer a dinner, accompanied by the artistic show of Jorge Tellaeche.
