During the weekend of August 18-21, 18 murders were registered in the state of Guanajuato and 14 more in the northern state of Chihuahua.
As we know the drug cartels that operate in Guanajuato are: Jalisco Nueva Generación and Los Zetas.
Authorities investigate the relationship of these killings with drug trafficking groups.
Agents of the State Agency of Investigation and the State Security Commission implemented operations to identify and capture those responsible for the killings recorded in the last hours in the city of Chihuahua.
Four dead bodies were located at Colona Haciendas de Tabacalera in the city of Chihuahua.
During the first ministerial investigations for the identification of the victims, the names of three of them were obtained: Martin Ernesto Urías Vargas, Edgardo Jovani Duarte Solares and Alejandro Jacobo Pérez, of 25, 20 and 18 years respectively.
Meanwhile, in Guanajuato, three out of the eighteen murdered this weekend were police officers in the community of Valtierra.
