200 educators come to SMA during the Higher Education Partnership 2017

The Governor of Guanajuato, Miguel Márquez Márquez, inaugurated the Higher Education Partnership 2017 “Partners of the Americas” summit, where he emphasized the impulse to human potential as a means of individual sustenance.

This event seeks to promote the internationalization of the educational offer of Higher Education institutions and strengthen the formation of the labor force in the countries of the American Continent; therefore, a memorandum of collaboration was signed between the Universidad Politécnica de Guanajuato (UPGTO) and the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.

With the topic ‘Development of the Labor Force’, this event will bring together 200 rectors and authorities from higher education institutions in the United States and Latin America to discuss opportunities in areas of student exchange and educational improvements, from October 17 to 29 in San Miguel de Allende, Gto.


Miguel Márquez said that Guanajuato is open to this internationalization because education, training, skills and other tools that allow the development of each human being is paramount in their individual growth, because all men and women are all equal and have the same type of opportunities , so it is necessary to offer programs like this in the educational offer to venture and value experiences in other parts of the world.
