Luxury housing complex approved in León, Guanajuato

The Commission of Urban Development approved on Tuesday November 7, the trace of a housing and commercial development that will be built next to the Innovation Park of the Universidad la Salle, in Cerro Gordo, León Guanajuato.

The complex that will be known as ‘Haus Condominium’, will have six towers -one with 10 levels for offices; another with seven floors featuring luxury suites; also three 14-storey towers and one more 15-storey, which will house a total of 300 apartments. A two-level building that will function as a shopping center, and parking building are also projected.

It is expected that construction will start next year, as developers have yet to deliver road impact  and environmental impact studies, and then obtain the urbanization and sale permits from SERMANAT and other governmental agencies.

The Urban Development Commission also approved a swap agreement with the developer, with the intention of developing green areas as part of the ‘Condomino Haus’ project.
