Mérida Yucatán among the Best Travel International Destinations

Time’s MONEY magazine announced its annual list of Best Travel Destinations, which is part of the 2018 Best in Travel issue that highlights destinations that deliver the highest value for your dollar.

The newly released list says that “MONEY’s winners aren’t necessarily the most affordable or the most luxurious spots in the world; it is more about cost-benefit, high quality services and value offer, elements that come together to provide a world-class travel experience, at a fair price.

In the list of Best in Travel International Destinations, Mérida, Yucatán stands in the third place due to its colonial city features, its culture and museums, its proximity to regions part of the UNESCO-listed World-Heritage archaeological sites, spas, haciendas, boutique hotels, beaches and cenotes.
