“Pin Point, the first mobile application for real estate searches that works through search filters, geo-location, and features immediate direct communication with the advisor, broker or seller, through a call or chat, has arrived to Querétaro,” reported Hugo Bustamante, regional director of Pin Point.
Pin Point is a Mexican company based in Guadalajara, that recently arrived in Querétaro as it considers the state an incredibly booming real estate market, where the surplus value of land and property is high and the market is dynamic.
“There is no other app with these characteristics in Queretaro or elsewhere in Mexico. There may be other apps, but none of them include geo-location, the complementary chats and the immediate connection with other services such as notary public, mortgage broker, floor mechanics experts, etc.,” Bustamante said.
“The real estate market in Querétaro, is getting three times more online exposure in property search portals than any other city in Mexico.” he explained.
Pin Point‘s objective is to extend throughout the country, and in the short term the platform could start operations in cities such as León. In the first year, Pin Point intends to have a 15 percent profit, out of the total real estate investment in the state.
