The general director of Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico (GAP), Fernando Bosque Mohino, said that the airport has doubled the demand of users in three years, for which reason a total investment of about 240 million pesos will be used to expand the airport and improve its services.

The expansion includes 140 additional parking spaces that will improve the commercial offer, a new VIP area for passengers. a greater capacity of the migration area and more space for incoming passengers.
The expansion consists of 3 thousand square meters, while the remodeled surface corresponds to approximately 8 thousand square meters.
The expansion of the Terminal Building will have an advance of 95% by the end of April, with almost all the areas being in operation and it will be at the end of June when the new adjustments in the Migration and Customs area will also open to the public.
