” Guanajuato manufactures Honda and Toyota cars, but we want to produce and designed new high-tech engines or hybrid engines,” expressed Governor Diego Sinhue Rodríguez Vallejo, during the inauguration of the Bajío Industrial Expo 2018 in San Miguel de Allende.
The event was held at the ‘Rosewood’ hotel, where Diego Sinhue Rodríguez explained that the first step was to appoint Tarsicio Rodríguez as Secretary of Infrastructure and Mobility, and Mauricio Usabiaga as Minister of Economic Development:
“I believe that the attraction of investment is vital for the state of Guanajuato. Honda and Toyota will be assembling their new electric and hybird motors in our state”, the governor said.
The governor also explained that his administration will be implementinng a robust education strategy. He assured that today Guanajuato is destined to be a leading state in terms of industry, tourism, gastronomy, history, culture, tradition and education.
Finally, Diego Sinhue Rodríguez Vallejo emphasized that he wants to take Guanajuato “to another level”.
