New Images and Video Released in Connection with $20,000 Reward for Information Leading to the Identification and Arrest of the Individuals Responsible for the Attack on the U.S. Consulate in Guadalajara

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), in conjunction with other U.S. and Mexican law enforcement partners, is seeking the public’s assistance in learning the identity of the individuals responsible for the November 30 grenade attack on the U.S. Consulate compound in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
To aid in this effort, the FBI is releasing the following attached images and videos of the two subjects allegedly involved in the attack:
- A composite sketch of Subject 1
- A still image of Subject 1
- A video of Subject 1 throwing two grenades into the Consulate compound
- A video of Subject 2 captured at the intersection of Avenidas Chapultepec and Vallarta
Subject 1 (the alleged grenade thrower):
- Age: late 20s to early 30s
- Height: approximately 1.7–1.8 meters
- Build: thin
- Complexion: dark
- Hair: brown and cut short
- Eyes: brown
- Described by witnesses as wearing a blue or grey-colored, zip-up hooded sweatshirt, white polo undershirt, black hat, dark jeans, and white shoes.
Subject 2 (person of interest who may have been involved):
- Age: 20s to 40s
- Height: approximately 1.7–1.8 meters
- Build: thin
- Complexion: unknown
- Hair: shaved on sides of head and longer on top
- Eyes: unknown
- Described by witnesses as wearing a dark-colored, windbreaker-style jacket with white letters or stripe on the back, light-colored pants, and dark shoes with a reflective emblem.
The FBI is offering a reward up to $20,000 dollars in exchange for information leading to the identification and arrest of these individuals.
