Mexican wrestler LA PARKA is not dead, a version that had been going all around social media is false. After the severe blow to the head he suffered, which got him to the hospital, unconscious, ended up in an emergency surgery. Now the wrestler is recovering, but still inside the Intense Care Unit of a Hospital.
When he tried the hit called the “suicidal blow” in the Coliseum ring in Monterrey (Mexican Northeastern state of Nuevo León) he suffered a serious blow to the head which has him hospitalized, nevertheless the versions stating that he had died, were denied by the AAA Wrestling Association, and even though he is in very delicate conditions he hasn´t died.
La Parka, hailing from Sonora, is one of the most iconic characters in Mexico´s professional wrestling suffered this injury during a wrestling match against RUSH (another Mexican wrestler) in an event by a company called KAOZ.
Mexico is expecting good news from this athlete, who might not wrestle again, let alone survive this fall.
