Rosewood planting flag on Sardinia, Italy

Who haven’t heard the name Rosewood in San Miguel de Allende?

Well, now Rosewood is about to plant flag in the Mediterranean Sea!

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts will manage the Rosewood Porto Cervo, a new resort in Costa Smeralda in Sardinia, Italy.

The property, set to open in 2022, will feature 65 guestrooms, including 26 suites, all offering 180-degree views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The hotel resort will also offer four dining venues, including a bistro, lounge bar, pool bar and beach club; an outdoor pool; a full-service spa; and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Other features will include a Rosewood Explorers Club for children and a private pier offering access to the town of Porto Cervo by boat.

The Rosewood Porto Cervo will be Rosewood’s first island resort in Europe and its third property in Italy, joining the Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco in Tuscany and the Rosewood Venice, slated to open in 2022.
