San Miguel de Allende.- The municipal president, Luis Alberto Villarreal García, presented the new public square, the hydraulic project, and the new electrical power network that will benefit more than 500 residents in the Nuevo Pantoja ejido, municipality of San Miguel de Allende .
“We have come to announce that, on the other side of the road, we will electrify 6 streets and we will build the Plaza de la Libertad, which will also house the sculpture of Josefa Ortiz de Domínguez”, said the mayor.
For the expansion of the electric power distribution network in the streets: Herculano, Álamo, Azucena, Luis Ferro, Clavel, and Aguascalientes, the state will invest 75 thousand pesos and the municipality 1,377,821.24 pesos. There will be 36 concrete poles 12 meters high, 9 transformers, and 600 meters of aluminum cable that will reinforce the lighting of the ejido.
For the Callejón de Los Juárez and the callejón de Libertad, in the first stage, 2 light poles and one transformer will be installed with a state investment of 177,489.29 pesos.
The public square will be built in a period of 90 business days, 10 luminaires will be installed and it will have architectural details similar to those of the Main Garden.
It is expected to present the hydraulic project in February 2021 and start the works related to the hydraulic distribution network, in addition, the municipal president reported that, as of the first day of November, the fee per household will drop from 200 to 130 pesos.
