San Miguel de Allende.- Mayor Luis Alberto Villarreal García officially started the program “Minternet, in your education, we are with you!” in favor of San Miguel students so that they can continue with their online classes; besides being a support for its economy.
He pointed out that about 5 thousand students will be benefited and they will seek to support them all the way to the end of the current school year in 2021, “What we want is to make sure no one stays out of school due to lack of resources in San Miguel de Allende, anywhere in the whole municipality, everybody has the right to school”, he added.
The documents requested are INE (in case of being of legal age), school credential, proof of enrollment at the institution, proof of address, and CURP that must register on the platform; they will also have to indicate the name of the school to which they belong.

Andrea Navarro, a student beneficiary of this program said “in this way we can be more autonomous and investigate on our part, we feel very grateful to the municipal government headed by Luis Alberto Villarreal García, who has accompanied us throughout our university life,” she concluded.
