Jardines de Allende: The first social interest plus subdivision in San Miguel
San Miguel de Allende.- Jardines de Allende is the first subdivision of social interest plus that comes to this city in 25 years.
It is a unique comprehensive, planned and sustainable community project that will house 1,804 housing units, between houses and apartments, which will privilege the view and have a colonial touch, in the style of the city.
The ‘ Open House’ of the new subdivision was held in which the four housing prototypes and the apartments were showcased.
Guillermo Alfonso Reyes Reyes , Chairman of the Board of Grupo Guiar, said that Jardines de Allende is the best and largest subdivision of social interest plus, ever built in San Miguel de Allende.
“Without the support of the municipal authorities, this would not have been possible. We are a company founded on principles and values, with a solid and consistent business philosophy, with more than 21 years of experience in the field ”.
The complex includes green areas fully equipped with playgrounds, barbecue areas, basketball courts, multiple uses and soccer field, as well as a civic area with commercial areas around it.
