San Miguel de Allende .- Civil Protection suspended a meeting held inside a lodging house on the old road to La Lejona .
The incident was registered at Casa Quiote, located on the street in question, whereupon the arrival of the personnel assigned by the Ministry of Public Security, the person in charge of the place, who did not provide his name, denied access to Civil Protection.
Inside the premises, more than 80 people were counted, who were asked to suspend the music they had at excess volume and vacate the property. The establishment had to be closed as it did not have the ‘Health First’ seal and for disregarding the sanitary measures.
As indicated by the municipal president, Luis Alberto Villarreal García, in the January 8th, 2021 message, all hotel and lodging services can work at 50% capacity, as long as the establishment has the ‘Health First’ seal, the certification that guarantees that a lodging business is following and complying with all the health protocols in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic.
