Cargo truck ends up overturned near Pénjamo, Guanajuato

Pénjamo, Guanajuato.- A cargo truck in Pénjamo was involved in an accident on the state highway on the way to the Tierras Negras community, in the upper part of the mountainous part of the state.

The truck was a few meters from falling into a ravine several meters deep. And it is that the accident occurred in one of the most dangerous curves of that section.

The incident mobilized the Pénjamo Police and Red Cross paramedics to Cerro de la Cuesta.

The cargo truck ended up overturned about 3 kilometers away from the city of Penjamo, two people were traveling in it, which only resulted in minor injuries.

After being evaluated by the paramedics it was determined that they did not need to be transferred to a hospital.
