The mayor assured that the property tax in San Miguel de Allende will not increase prices in the 2023 Income Law proposal.
San Miguel de Allende Writing.- As happened in 2022, this year the property tax payment will not increase in San Miguel de Allende either.
This was stated by the municipal president, Mauricio Trejo, after the H. Congress of the State of Guanajuato approved the proposed Income Law 2023 for the Municipality of San Miguel de Allende.
The mayor said that, just as he proposed before taking office and fulfilled it in his first year in office, in San Miguel de Allende the property tax payment will not increase.
Mauricio Trejo explained that not only was an increase ruled out, but this means that the man from San Miguel will pay less than any other Guanajuatense where adjustments were made to this annual taxation.
