San Miguel de Allende.- The city had a 100 percent hotel occupancy during the last weekend of 2022. In addition, the municipal government reported a spill of more than 500 million pesos.

From Friday, December 30, 2022, to Sunday, January 1, 2023, the hotel union had 100% occupancy of the rooms available in the entire range of hotels. This is from executives to grand tourism and boutique hotels.

In economic terms, they exceeded 500 million pesos ($502,159,377.12) in economic benefits. It was recorded in consumption of restaurants, craft stores, tourist service providers and other lines of business and family businesses. This increased their sales during this weekend.
