San Miguel de Allende will be the headquarters for Italian companies in Mexico

San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato.- This municipality will receive all the exponents of Italian companies in Mexico next April.

The municipal president announced that this event is a sign of the interest that international businessmen have in investing in San Miguel de Allende

“On April 3 in San Miguel de Allende, we are going to have the entire business community from all over Italy, represented through 100 percent of the Italian chambers of commerce that are in Mexico, the United States, and Canada. They are coming to visit the industrial parks of the region and the investment opportunities that exist in the state of Guanajuato”.

SMA Mayor Mauricio Trejo Pureco.

Trejo stated that it is an initiative of the municipality to contribute to the economic development of Guanajuato.

“We hope that there will be more Italian investment in San Miguel de Allende, because we have three fractions in the industrial park, one is already full, another belongs to the Japanese company Fujita, who will be laying the first stone of an investment of more than 250 million US dollars for data center and power generation”.

SMA Mayor Mauricio Trejo Pureco.

On the third fraction, there is still 70 percent of the space available.

“We are going to sit down with the investors. We do not have a predilection for any of the fractions, we have to fill them all to make the sources of employment grow”, Mayor Trejo Pureco concluded.
