At the age of 13, Charly Giovany Vidal Rosaldo from Tabasco wrote a mathematics book, obtaining the copyright registration in Mexico City.

The book “Devatv,” whose name is written in Hindi, was initiated when Charly was just 9 years old and is composed of formulas created by himself, as well as being chronologically written with the dates on which he created each project.

Charly narrates that he started to have an immense taste for mathematics since he was 4 years old, and from the age of 8, he began to compete in local, national, and currently in global knowledge competitions.

His passion for mathematics has helped him skip grade levels, and he is currently in the third year of secondary school in a public school in Tabasco.

Recently, he was qualified to participate in the national mental calculation Olympiad, where his father Charles Hiram Vidal Barroso and his 15-year-old sister Yesi Sofía were also selected, who also, along with Charles, give math classes and advice in the city of Villahermosa.

“There are many people who say that in mathematics everything has already been discovered, but it is really nothing if we go a millennium further,” said the author of the book Devatv.

Charly is an admirer of Alberto Coto García, considered the best mathematician in the world, and this has led him to delve even deeper into the infinite universe of numbers, placing himself in the top three of the cross-multiplication ranking and in the top four in doubling numbers.

In his daily activities, he goes to school, then does gymnastics activities, and after that, he “plays” mathematics on the Neuromatrix platform. Before his day ends, he comments that he continues to play mathematics by providing advice to high school, preparatory, and even university students.

On the Neuromatrix platform, he details that he has placed in first place against competitors in mathematics from other countries in the world, whom he evaluates using formulas created by himself, to be able to set records and exceed goals.

He mentioned that once the book is edited, he will give conferences on mathematics in high schools and universities in the state with a view to attending other federal entities.

For his part, Charles Hiram Vidal Barroso, the father of the child, highlighted feeling proud of his son’s potential, whom they have supported at all times to achieve the publication of his first mathematics book.

He, also a mathematics teacher, mentioned that he discovered that his son could be a genius in mathematics by playing with him and his sister Sofía on a swing where he asked them questions that they had to answer to keep rewarding them in that children’s game.
