Andrés Manuel López Obrador has officially announced that he has Covid-19 (for the third time). On his Twitter account, the Mexican president tested positive for coronavirus.

AMLO was on a tour of Veracruz, Quintana Roo, and Yucatán, supervising the progress of the construction of the most important emblematic project of his administration: The Maya Train.

AMLO suffered a dismay, passed out in front of several witnesses in Yucatán, and he was immediately transfered to Mexico City by plane.

In a message on Twitter, López Obrador asserted that his situation is not serious and stressed that his heart is in good condition. He makes this clarification because of the heart attack he had ten years ago, in 2013, protesting against the energy reform, so he has had heart problems.

The 69-year-old from Tabasco has announced in the publication that he is back in the country’s capital and that he is celebrating the 16th birthday of his youngest son, Jesús Ernesto, “from afar.” (As we all know, AMLO sent his youngest son to study abroad in London, England.

“I’ll save myself a few days. Adán Augusto López Hernández will lead the morning sessions. See you soon ”, is the end of the publication on the aforementioned social network.
