Startup Celaya”, an important Entrepreneurial Fair will take place from Monday September 26 to Friday 30 at the “Francisco Eduardo Tresguerras” auditorium in Celaya.

According to the organizing committee, the goal is to promote new projects as well as economic development in the area, based on new local businesses.

This event will feature the participation of recognized speakers, such as Adriana Totajada, who will explain the issue of Fund of Funds (a mutual fund that invests in other mutual funds. This method is sometimes known as “multi-management”); while Andrés Hernández from Google and Kevil Koym from Tech Ranch, will be talking about global entrepreneurship.

“Startup Celaya” replaced the Entrepreneurs Fair that used to take place every year in Celaya. However, the authorities, institutions and entrepreneurs analyzed the new needs of the citizenship and the great economic and laboral impact of the arrival of important foreign investments.; and decided to implement an extreme make over and make this event evolve into something that aims to support the growth of young business people statewide.

On this first edition, 13 organizations will be participating, featuring workshops, conferences and competitions, especially in industrial entrepreneurship for young business people that wish to participate.

“Startup Celaya” offers participants high quality business training by experts, conferences by world leading speakers, and the necessary tools to make their particular projects more productive.
