The new “Occidental Querétaro” hotel has become the first Barceló Hotel Group facility to open its doors in the state of Queretaro. The Group already features 20 properties in Mexico.
According to tourism news website HOSTELTUR, the opening of this new business hotel is part of Barceló Hotel Group’s multi-brand strategy.
With this opening on October 2016, the chain expands its portfolio in Mexico, with more than 7,500 hotel rooms on Mexican soil, and taking another step towards its goal of having presence in most major Mexican cities.

“Occidental Querétaro” is located relatively close to the historical center of the city and the Convention Center.
