During the early morning hours of Wednesday, January 11, twenty-eight kilograms of marijuana were confiscated by Mexican Army soldiers, during an inspection in a warehouse at the Intercontinental Airport of Querétaro (Aeropuerto Intercontinental de Querétaro).

The 17th Military Zone reported through a press release that Army personnel attached to the Fourth Armored Reconnaissance Regiment (Cuarto Regimiento Blindado de Reconocimiento), found a package that showed “inconsistencies” with the support of a K-9 unit. The package contained several plastic bags full of marijuana.
