MEXICO CITY – “Grupo Lintel”, a real estate development company, inaugurated the first phase of “Colinas de Apaseo Industrial Park”, which accommodates many industries and factories that will significantly contribute to the economic growth of the state of Guanajuato.
“This new plant covers an area of 290 hectares (716 acres), with a total investment of 63 million USD, generating 7,500 direct and indirect jobs” stated the government of Guanajuato.
The first phase features urbanization services (requirements established in Norm 046 on industrial parks), an electrical substation and medium voltage electrical wiring network.
The developers expect the arrival of 35 companies specialized in the automotive, aerospace, logistics and plastic injection industries.
Meanwhile, French firm “Sarrel” announced the establishment of their first plant inside the Industrial Park. This company is specialized in the production of plastic injection parts; thy will start operations with an estimated investment of 40 million USD.
