A 19-year-old man was killed on Sunday April 2nd after his car crashed against a road containment barrier. Two other men and two women also were injured and were taken to different hospitals. Their current condition is serious but stable.

This accident occurred on the San Miguel Allende to Querétaro highway. The “Aveo” was “crushed” by the containment bar, leaving four young people trapped and injured inside and one dead.

These five young people came from San Miguel de Allende, and were celebrating the birthday of one of them, according to one of the hospitalized. However, so far they haven’t cleared up which road they would take, either the Northeastern road or the federal highway 57 with direction to Querétaro.
