After the Oscar awards ceremony, it was revealed through photos of users on Instagram that multi-award-winning American actress Meryl Streep visited the city of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, México.

As part of her trip to Mexico, Meryl Streep chose specifically San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato to relax for a couple of days.

In addition to touring the streets and craft shops of this magical town, it was made public that Streep enjoyed the best of Mexican and Mediterranean cuisineat Antonia Bistro restaurant, whih kitchen is under the command of chef Alex Cuatepotzo.

Antonia Bistro features a fantastic terrace that has a spectacular view of San Miguel of Allende and it is one of the most exclusive restaurants in town, after two years of its opening.

Brisket torta, garlic octopus, jicama ravioli and beet salad in a wood-fired oven, were some of the dishes enjoyed by Meryl Streep, on Monday March 5.
