Celaya, Guanajuato – Armed men attacked a family with high caliber weapons and killed their father and mother, while two little girls, 8 and 4 years old, are seriously wounded.
The attack occurred around 1:15 in the afternoon on Tuesday, June 29, inside a house located on Calle Río Mayo in the third section of the Progreso de Solidaridad neighborhood of Celaya, Guanajuato.

When the men entered the house they opened fire against the family; the father died at the scene and the mother in the hospital. Two 8 and 4-year-old girls remain hospitalized and reported seriously injured.
The motive of this terrible crime is unknown, and so far no arrests have been made in relation with the events.
