San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato (June 20, 2021).- With zero active cases of Covid 19 and only 6 under investigation, the municipal government established new measures, since they will expand hours and capacity in productive sectors. At the beginning, the main garden and the viewpoints were reopened.

Among the new provisions, the opening of public areas such as the Civic Square and the viewpoints located at the REal Salida a Querétaro and the José Manuel Zavala Bypass; as well as the common areas of the subdivisions and condominium developments that may operate on the days and hours established in their statutes.

Hotels will be able to operate according to their certified capacity while maintaining health protocols for the prevention of Covid-19 at all times; This same condition applies to restaurants and bar-restaurants, who must respect the measures of healthy distance between tables, in addition to having to be vacated and closed at 01:00 am.

Weddings, social events, and conventions, under the capacity certified by the Civil Protection department in the venues, may have a capacity of up to 200 people in closed spaces and 300 in open spaces, between attendees and staff. The establishments where these activities are carried out will have to be vacated and closed at 02:00 am.

Alleyways are authorized in the municipality with a participation of a maximum of 150 people, with the routes and restrictions established by the Secretary of Government and City Council and the Directorate of Civil Protection, at all times attendees must wear face masks.

The public and private sports spaces, including the Luis H. Ducoing Sports Unit, may open from 07:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m., while Parque Juárez and Zeferino Gutiérrez will be open from 07:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. : 00 hours.

Finally, the capacity allowed for centers of religious worship will be able to operate at 100% of its capacity, as long as the healthy distance between people is respected and the suspension of activities in bars, canteens, casinos, and nightclubs is reiterated.
