The 2023 Leagues Cup will be the third edition of the Leagues Cup, an inter-league soccer tournament between Major League Soccer and Liga MX. It will be held from July 21 to August 19, 2023, with all 77 matches held in either the United States or Canada.

Atlas was left wanting to transcend in the previous CONCACAF Champions League, as it was eliminated in the Quarterfinals… Now, they have not qualified for this regional competition, but they know that there is a way to get into it, as the Leagues Cup, a tournament that will be played by Mexican and American clubs, will distribute tickets for this tournament. This is especially motivating for the red and black squad.

Julio Furch has already set goals, both personal and as a group. He values both the Leagues Cup and the Apertura 2023 Tournament, which will begin at the end of June. “Obviously on an individual level, I want to try to play, to try to get as many minutes as possible, to prepare myself well physically during this preparation stage. I want to arrive in the best way possible, try not to miss games and do my bit for the team,” he explained.
