The announcement by the senator from the National Action Party (PAN) comes after the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Branch of the Federation (TEPJF) found that López Obrador incurred several legal offenses, including gender-based political violence, during the largest electoral process in the country and did not receive any sanctions.
