According to The Baja Post, the protagonist of this sad story is a subject who pretends to be a journalist, he is an accomplice of a lawyer and a DANGEROUS LEADER of Colonia Hidalgo (in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico) in the dispossession of a public land that is part of the park of this neighborhood and on Sunday, March 2, he showed his true face, in addition to having a history of death threats against journalists from Mexicali.

A video circulating on social networks shows a child crying inconsolably and saying that a man, with all bad intentions, kicked his remote control car, in a park in Colonia Hidalgo in Mexicali, who turned out to be the aforementioned journalist-sudo, who seems to have interests in the construction that invades the park and is 100% illegal.

This man had already attacked the photographer Rosendo García when he was recording a video in the park when this subject approached him and tried to provoke him, but the worst thing is that García called the police to ask for support, and they arrested him instead and took his fingerprints.

Later on, the video shows how a subject who has been posing as a journalist for years, who makes live broadcasts in a supposed journalistic project, kicks the child’s toy with all the evil spirit he is capable of and then laughs as if he had made a joke.

Another adult approached him to tell him not to be too clever and the subject with a mocking smile challenges him and looks at him as if to say “they threw the toy at me and I defended myself and you can’t touch me because I am a journalist and I have power ,” in an attitude that the entire journalistic guild of Mexicali rejects.
