Two Colombian nationals were arrested, after being caught inside a house, located in the Balcones subdivision of the municipality of San Miguel de Allende on Sunday December 3.
Through a statement, the Secretariat of Public Safety, Municipal Transit and Civil Protection, reported the capture of these people who are possibly part of a gang that operates in the municipality, dedicated to home robbery.
On Sunday December 3, Municipal Police agents went to Balcones in response to a citizen call to Emergency number 911.
As the suspects noticed the presence of the police officers they tried to flee the scene on a grey-color vehicle with Estado de México license plates, which resulted in a car chase along Libramiento Manuel Zavala, all the way to the Querétaro highway exit, where the suspects were finally stopped.
Robinson “N”, 23, who was found in possession of marijuana and Darwin “N”, 34, both Colombian, were arrested and placed under the custody of the Public Ministry, where investigations began, in order to establish their legal situation.
