DENSO Guanajuato will have the first daycare center in the automotive industry

The governor of Guanajuato, Diego Sinhue indicated that the state will be the first in the nation that will have a Business Nursery in the automotive sector.

“In Guanajuato we have always said that the most valuable thing is our people, our workforce, today the social responsibility of companies like DENSO, is not limited to environmental actions and their “Daycare” concept is evidence.

“DENSO and Guanajuato are partners of the first order, because in our journals and different tasks we share the same values, which are reflected in the corporate philosophy of the company by the year 2030: Deliver hope for the future of our planet, society and its inhabitants, in collaboration with the state government, which has the people as the center of all their actions, ” the governor said.

The state leader pointed out that the DENSO company in Guanajuato has a history of success, with 6 years of work, it is one of the largest investments that have come to the state, with more than 108 million dollars and providing 1,400 jobs.

He indicated that with the first Business School of the automotive sector, Denso and its managers demonstrate a great sensitivity and empathy towards their staff, showing that the most important asset of the company for their high execuives is its human capital.

“With the construction of this new space, mothers and fathers will no longer have the worry of finding a daycare center for their children during their working hours, they will have the assurance that their children will be well cared for and well nourished with a healthy, varied and sufficient diet, “he said.

The Denso Nursery, will serve children from 43 days of birth to 4 years of age in two shifts.
