Pop Quiz: Explain what each of these has to do with your life in SMA: Seguro Popular … RFC … Hacienda … SAT … INAPAM … IMSS … DIF … If you couldn’t answer all of these, you just might need a facilitator – someone who can navigate these and other flavors of Mexican alphabet soup to keep you out of trouble and in an optimum position in SMA.

Enter Sonia Diaz.  Need a car nationalized? Want government healthcare? Have an immigration issue? Need a driver’s license? Need something translated? Need to know how to pay your taxes? Want a senior citizen’s discount? Need to understand employment law? Need new license plates for your car? Diaz facilitates all of these, and more.

Come to Rotary Tuesday, January 17, when Diaz will share various ways she can keep you from going into a slow boil over the frustrations of a different culture.  Rotary meets free and in English at 12:30 p.m. at Hotel Mision, Salida a Queretaro 1. Stay afterward to visit more with Diaz and other over a no-host lunch at the hotel.

Diaz is from Mexico City and is married to a Canadian, who is her business partner. They have handled everything from organic retail matters to fundraising to working with the disabled. They handle real estate deals, dental deals, as well as UCD permits.  Want to know what that is?  Come to Rotary to find out!

Rotary is where neighbors, friends, and problem-solvers share ideas, join leaders, and take action to create lasting change. For more information, contact President Nate Fultz at [email protected] and see rotarysmamidday.org.
